| SUBMACHINE GUN TRAINING Every character can use any weapon but without proper training, your weapon will suffer -70% to attack and damage. Learning first rank of any weapon category removes the penalty.
Submachine Guns (SMGs) are one of the primary weapons in the Mass Effect universe. They are a class of rapid-firing weapons, with both fully-automatic and burst-fire models. SMGs generally have low accuracy and damage per shot, offset by their thermal clip size and rate of fire. They are best suited for close- to mid-range combat.

Rank3 SMG Attack: 15% Passive SMG Damage: 15% Passive Unleash improves the weapon's fire rate as a free action that is tied to your smg attack. When used SMG Fire Rate gains +100%. Reload not required, if clip size is emptied it automatically uses capacity. Cooldown: 3 Rounds
Rank4 SMG Attack: 20% Passive SMG Damage: 20% Passive Unleash improves the weapon's fire rate as a free action that is tied to your smg attack. When used SMG Fire Rate gains +200%.
