| HEAVY PISTOL TRAINING Every character can use any weapon but without proper training, your weapon will suffer -70% to attack and damage. Learning first rank of any weapon category removes the penalty.
Heavy pistols are one of the primary weapons in the Mass Effect universe. Heavy pistols are a class of semi-automatic weapons, which have a fairly low rate of fire and limited ammunition, but do relatively high damage per shot. They are an invaluable backup weapon, effective against armor and highly accurate at mid-long ranges.
Rank1 Pistol Attack: 5% Passive Pistol Damage: 5% Passive
Rank2 Pistol Attack: 10% Passive Pistol Damage: 10% Passive
Rank3 Pistol Attack: 15% Passive Pistol Damage: 15% Passive Marksman improves the weapon's fire rate and accuracy as a free action that is tied to your pistol attack. When used Pistol Attack gains +100% and Pistol Attack Number gains +1. Reload not required, if clip size is emptied it automatically uses capacity. Cooldown: 3 Rounds
