The Adept is the ultimate biotic, able to affect the physical world with the power of the mind. Adepts are durable and powerful manipulators of mass effect fields; they can use biotics to violently manipulate objects in the environment, including nearby enemy targets. This grants them enormous advantages in combat and allows them to perform tactics and movements that would otherwise be impossible.
Adepts possesses nearly all biotic abilities, but can only equip light armor, and may only gain specialist training with pistols. They also possess no tech abilities. An adept’s training passes through the training of the mind and personality, so they have all knowledge and perform as class skills. Adepts are biotic specialists, capable of disabling and killing enemies with raw biotic power. While they lack advanced combat training, they are the best at defeating enemies without firing a shot. They are outfitted with L5x implants that can spawn a micro-singularity, damaging enemies and pulling them into the air.
ADEPT CLASS TALENTSWarp is Adept's signature power and can only be learned and improved by Adept's class talent points. Adept can use either class talent or biotic talent points to learn and improve Singularity and Stasis talents. In which order Adept learns its class talents is up to the player.
WarpSingularityStasisADEPT CLASS EVOLUTIONAt level 10, 20, 30, Adept can select one of the 3 evolution perks. In which order Adept is going to select them is up to the player, but can select only one at the time. You can have 1 evolution perk at level 10, 2 evolution perks at level 20, and 3 evolution perks at level 30. Adept's training with biotic abilities pushes him/her far beyond biotic capabilities than other classes could achieve.
BIOTIC MASTERYAdept receives +5DC to all biotic talents, and +1 radius to all biotic talents that already have a radius. Additionally the cooldown of all biotic talents is reduced by 1 round. Biotic Mastery is always active.
EXTENDED BIOTICSAdept increases the duration of all biotic powers by number of rounds that equals to the biotic talent's rank being used. Extended Biotics is always active.
EMPOWERED BIOTICSAdept receives permanent 25% max bonus (biotic points and biotic damage) to all biotic talents. Empowered Biotics is always active.
