| INCINERATE Incinerate is tech talent with a high-explosive plasma round fired from the user's omni-tool that inflicts damage over time to it's target. Burning target is unable to receive healing. Burning target may spend one full round action to put the flames out for which time it does not take damage. Targets with Shields or Barriers are immune to burning and panic. Targets that fail reflex save take full damage, and targets that fail will save (organics) receive panic status.
