BIOTIC BARRIER

Barrier surrounds the user with a high-gravity mass effect field, adding Biotic Points (BP) pool that must be taken out first before the user can receive damage to Shield Points and|or Health Points. Biotic Barrier suffers 50% damage from biotic damage, as mass effect fields on impact are unstable. This also results in slower cooldown to all Biotic Talents.

Use: Standard Action to Activate, Standard Action to Detonate, Free Action to Deactivate
